Recordings
Recording #1 - Camera battery drainage & Major Wind noise
"Stopping at a Mcdonald's to recharge the camera, the battery seems to drain pretty significantly compared to when it was hooked up to the gimble during the London trips. This means I would have to take more breaks to charge the camera, which was all right because I was able to get a decent amount of footage with the battery life anyway."

"One major problem though. When reviewing the audio recordings, the wind noise made it pretty much unusable because of how harsh the wind was, which was unfortunate. Though because I checked earlier in the day I thought to go back out to the area to focus on re-recording the audio so I can layer it in post.
If needs be if the audio still isn't usable then I will have to result into using samples"
Recording #4 - TASCAM Recorder
Reviewing the footage, the dual pop filter technique turned out to be pretty good and is worth the trade-off of filming and recording separately I will continue to use this technique for the last short film trip.

Furthermore, I find that the battery life of the TASCAM is significantly better than the Zoom as having recorded for half of the day the battery life has stayed at 2 bars this is great because I never needed to change the batteries compared to having to change them 3-4 times with the zoom per trip.
Recording #2 - Recording Video and audio separately & Wind noise continued
"With the limitation of filming alone, I have decided to record both the video and audio separately and mix it in post this is because I feel that I don't have much control in adjusting the audio which resulted in lots of unusable audio recordings."

"Even though using headphones to monitor the audio more intensely with extra adjustments, the wind still seems to come in really frequently. I thought to put an extra pop filter onto it but doing so will lose the functionality of the stereo setting as it doesn't fit over the portable record when its microphones are at the outward position.
Fortunately, because I have resulted to recording audio and video separately when using the audio recorder by itself, I was able to hold and cover the 2 stereo microphones with a pop filter each."
Recording #5 - Shoulder pain continued.
"After resting for a bit longer, it doesn't seem that my shoulders have gotten better. I've tried massaging it and going easy on it with my movements but nothing seemed to help. With that being said, I plan to shoot one more location to mitigate too much strain and both of the remaining locations are nature-based anyways so I won't be covering anything new"
Recording #3 - Shoulder pain
"After stopping for lunch to eat. With the extended time with the bag on and also holding the camera, My shoulder resulted to be extremely sour. Which is what I have hypothesised during the equipment vlog. I thought to rest on it a little longer as I was ahead of schedule."

Recording #6 - Dead Battery
"Although the weather said it was cloudy there was a sudden heavy shower that lasted about 20mins which I had to wait out which put minor delays on the shooting. But because I was ahead of schedule it wasn't that detrimental to the timetable"
Recording #7 - Train issues
At the end of the trip, I accidentally missed the change over at Leister because I misunderstood the second train start time with the first train end time at Leister. Fortunately, the first train stops in London so I can get back with a direct train to Peterborough but that means buying an extra ticket.
I will take this as a learning opportunity and double-check the ticket times if there is a changeover to prevent this from happening next time.
